Chris Hecocks joined Caruso Turley Scott in 1987 as our Bookkeeper. Since then she has grown to be our Corporate Financial and Human Resources Director. She has watched our company grow and our industry evolve in many wonderful ways.
She recognizes that communication is the key to successful leadership. Her passion is to create an environment where our team is empowered to grow and work to their fullest potential. She enjoys learning and keeping current with the latest technology to manage our company in the best way possible. She researches benefit programs and incentives to provide our team with a program that works well for us.
Chris helps us cultivate a culture of teamwork by respecting each other and helping to inspire each other every day. Chris believes leadership is not just taught but learned by example. We are fortunate to have her as an integral part of our team.
Personal: I am married with two sons and truly enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy traveling together, working out, and hiking our beautiful Arizona trails.
