Sandy Herd is a senior partner of Caruso Turley Scott. She started with the firm in 1991 and quickly became a partner in 1997. Richard Turley and Paul Scott recognized Sandy’s exceptional engineering, and the consistent satisfaction of her clients who continue to request her leadership, management, and skills. She is proactive in combining the highest customer service and creative engineering solutions which consistently result in project success.
Sandy is active in the promotion and improvement of the structural engineering profession and has served as the Arizona Delegate to the National Council Structural Engineers Association, as a Director of the Structural Engineers Association of Arizona, and is a current member of the ACI, AISC, ASCE, PTI, NCSEA, SEAoA.
Personal: I am blessed with an amazing daughter, a strong faith, and a love of nature, hiking and gardening. I am grateful for the opportunities in my career, for the chance to improve the quality of so many communities, and for the limitless growth in my craft.
